A different experience from normal hotel, besides excellence cleanliness and helpful staff, I should say is a high tech hotel. For senior citizen like me ,I no need to carry room cards, they use face recognition to enter the lifts and room. i like the heated toilet seat too!

Brand new hotel in ipoh but thats about it.  Service was not organized at all. Breakfast selection was good but mains are made upon order. I had to wait almost an hour just to get my order which I had to ask for twice.

The hotel room is providing advance technology like Bluetooth mirror and toilet… there free snacks from the hotel and there facial scans for easier convenient.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay the room was comfortable and service was good. However, the parking area could use more space, and the water heater needs improvement as the water turns from hot to warm after some time.
